What we collect when you use this website and the Ownership Quiz, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its rules.
The short version
We only ask for what we need to show your report and help with your plans: your answers, name, email, mobile, country and how to reach you.
We never sell your details. We share them only with the services that run this website and, if you go ahead with a purchase, the people you ask us to deal with.
We’ll contact you about your property plans by email or the app you picked, because you agreed when you asked for your report. New projects and promotions only if you ticked that box. Reply “stop” at any time and we will.
You’re in control. Ask our Data Protection Officer to show, correct or delete your information at alex.zeta@twrgroup.ph. We reply within 30 days.
No tracking without your OK. Analytics and marketing cookies stay off until you accept them.
We never ask for ID numbers, bank details or passwords on this website.

Who we are
This website is run by Alex Zeta, Licensed Real Estate Broker (PRC license no. 007755) and Licensed Real Estate Consultant (PRC license no. 000556), with TWR Group Corporation (Zeta Group), 328 Molawan Road, Patag, Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental, Philippines.
“We”, “us” and “our” mean Alex Zeta and her team at TWR Group Corporation. We decide how your information is used, so under the law we are the personal information controller.

What we collect
When you take the Ownership Quiz:
Your answers: your citizenship situation (for example, Filipino abroad, former Filipino or foreign citizen), the kind of property you want, what it’s for, where in the Philippines, your budget, when you plan to buy, and whether you have property to sell.
When you ask for your Ownership Report:
First and last name
Email address
Mobile number, with country code
The country you live in
The best way to reach you (for example WhatsApp, Viber, email, or another app and your username on it)
Your agreement (a required box) that we may use your details to send your report and contact you about your property plans
Whether you’d also like new projects, property updates and event invitations (an optional box)
When you choose a next step:
If you book a Roadmap Call: your name, email, the time you chose and your time zone. You book through our booking page (NeetoCal), which also puts the call on Alex’s calendar.
If you ask for the monthly lessons: your name, email, ownership type, preferred location and the link to your report.
If you join the live Q&A: the details you give when you register.
Collected automatically:
How you found us: the ad or link you came from (tags in the web address such as utm_source), the site that sent you, the page you landed on, your device type (phone, tablet or computer), your time zone, and which version of the page you saw.
Analytics: Google Analytics records how you use the page (for example, that you started the quiz or booked a call), and if we advertise on Facebook, the Meta Pixel measures our ads. Everyone is asked first, and these tools stay off unless you accept them.
Stored on your own device:
Your quiz progress and answers, so you can close the page and pick up where you left off. This stays in your browser (local storage) for up to 90 days, or until you clear it.
Where you first came from (the ad tags above), for the same reason.
Your cookie choice, so we don’t ask again.
We don’t ask for government ID numbers, bank details or passwords on this website.
Why we use it
To work out your ownership type and show your Ownership Report. Legal basis: you asked for it.
To email you a copy of your report. Legal basis: you asked for it.
To book, confirm, remind you about and hold your Roadmap Call. Legal basis: you asked for it.
To send the monthly lessons you asked for. Legal basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe in any email.
To contact you about your property plans by email, phone or the app you picked, whether or not you book a call. Legal basis: your consent, given with the required box when you asked for your report. You can withdraw it at any time.
To send new projects, property updates and event invitations. Legal basis: your consent, only if you ticked the optional box. Unsubscribe at any time.
To keep a record of your enquiry in our client system, so anyone on the team who helps you sees your report and history. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in serving you well.
To see which ads and pages bring people to us, and to improve the quiz. Legal basis: your consent in the cookie banner.
To keep the website secure and stop spam or misuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.
To meet our legal duties as licensed real estate professionals. Legal basis: legal obligation.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it to make decisions about you without a person involved. Your ownership type in the report comes from fixed rules based on your answers. Alex or the team confirm it with you on the call.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the services that help us run this website and serve you. They may only use it to do that work for us:
NurtureYourLeads (NYL): our client system, where we keep your contact details, answers and notes.
Resend: sends the email with your Ownership Report.
Kit: sends the monthly lessons, if you ask for them.
NeetoCal: our booking page for Roadmap Calls.
Google (Google Workspace and Google Calendar): our email and Alex’s calendar.
Supabase: a secure server that passes the details you submit to the services above.
Framer: hosts this website.
Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook): measure our ads and the page, only if you accept them in the cookie banner.
YouTube: plays the videos on this page and in our emails.
We may also share your information:
with property developers, banks, lawyers or government offices, but only when you go ahead with a purchase or sale and ask us to act for you
when the law requires it, for example a court order or a request from a government agency
if TWR Group Corporation is reorganised or sold, with the new owner, under this same policy
Information sent outside the Philippines
Some of these services store data in other countries, for example the United States, the European Union or India. We choose services that protect personal information, and we stay responsible for your information when it’s handled abroad.
How long we keep it
Your enquiry and contact details: for 5 years after our last contact with you, then we delete them. Many of our clients buy years after their first enquiry, so each time you reply, book a call or ask us for something, the 5 years start again. If you opt out or ask us to delete your details sooner, we do so (unless the law requires us to keep them). We review our records every year.
If you buy or sell through us: your transaction records for at least as long as the law requires (usually five years or more after the deal).
Your Ownership Report link: your report is rebuilt from your answers, which are stored in the link itself. It works for as long as you keep the link.
Information on your device: up to 90 days for your quiz progress, or until you clear your browser’s storage.
Your report link
Your Ownership Report has its own link, so you can open it on any device. The link holds your quiz answers and a report number, but not your name, email or phone number. Anyone you share the link with can see your report, so share it only with people you trust.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you can:
be told how your information is used (this policy)
ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
ask us to correct anything that’s wrong
object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent
ask us to delete or block your information
get your information in a format you can take elsewhere
claim damages if your information is misused
complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph)
To use any of these, email our Data Protection Officer at alex.zeta@twrgroup.ph. We’ll reply within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm who you are first.
To stop the lessons or promotions, click “unsubscribe” in any of those emails. To stop calls or messages, reply “stop” or tell us by email. We’ll stop contacting you about your plans, and keep a short note that you asked us to stop so we don’t contact you again by mistake.
If you live in the UK or the European Union, you have similar rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
How we protect it
The website and our tools use encrypted connections (HTTPS). The keys to our client system and email services stay on our secure server, never on the web page. Only Alex and the team members who help you can see your information.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach puts your information at risk, we’ll tell you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.
Cookies and similar tools
Everyone sees a cookie banner on their first visit. You can accept all cookies, reject the non-essential ones, or choose by type:
Essential (always on): keep the site and the quiz working, including your saved progress (local storage) and your cookie choice.
Analytics: Google Analytics, to see how visitors use the page and which ads bring them.
Marketing: the Meta Pixel, if we advertise on Facebook, to measure our ads and show relevant ones.
Analytics and marketing cookies stay off until you accept them. Change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time. If you do, the quiz starts again from the beginning.
Children
This website is for adults planning to buy or sell property. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us their details, email us and we’ll delete them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page and change the date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you’ve already given us, we’ll tell you by email.
